Lodge Availability Calendar

For both individual guests and agents, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Non-payment of the deposit will result in any bookings being cancelled without notice.
The balance (50%) should be paid at least 30 days prior to the client's arrival.
N.B: Please note that all bank charges are the responsibility of the payee.

Due to its remote location, Hippo Lodge is NOT yet able to accept Debit or Credit Card payments.
We can only accept USD or ZMW Kwacha CASH at the lodge.

The 50% deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.
There is no refund for any booking cancellations (after payment in full) within 30 days prior to client arrival.

Hippo Lodge reserves the right to change both Rates and Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Travel Agents and Tour Operators are advised to contact Hippo Lodge to confirm the latest prices.
